Pricing:

Prices are subject to change with demand and availability. We do our best to provide the lowest and most accurate market price, but it is hard to predict. Once you purchase an item you are locked in to that price. No refunds will be given if a price goes down, and no extra payments will be requested if the price goes up.

Preorders:

When you purchase a preorder you are paying for the guarantee that you will receive that item. Please be mindful of the giveaway date and know that your item cannot ship until AFTER that date. Items purchased together will be shipped together after the last giveaway date in your order.

Shipping:

All items purchased together will be shipped together. If you purchase multiple items and some of the items are preorders, please consider placing separate orders if you want some items sooner.

Orders typically ship in 1-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days to ship during busy periods. Please be patient and allow us 5 business days before reaching out to ask when your order will ship.

Returns:

We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged. If a product arrives damaged, please send us an email with pictures and your order number. We will send a replacement if we have one available or a refund if none are available.

If an item arrives with a piece that came unglued, but the resin is not broken, we will compensate you the cost of glue to fix it. This occasionally happens when bobbleheads get hot during shipping and we ask that customers be understanding in these instances. It is a very easy fix.

Boxes:

Boxes are included, unless stated otherwise in the listing. Please understand that these are giveaways and sometimes boxes have imperfections. We do our best to deliver good boxes but we cannot guarantee that all boxes will be perfect.

International:

We ship internationally, but do not collect duties and taxes. All international buyers are responsible for whatever charges are incurred upon arrival in their home country.
